My name is Janette Laroche and I have coached individuals across a wide range of roles, including R&D, sales, finance, IT, HR and manufacturing. My coaching has helped individuals to grow and realise their potential in many areas, including:

I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach and APECS Certified Professional Executive Coach with a background in the pharmaceutical industry, where I was an internal coach for ten years, before founding Laroche Coaching in 2022. Clients have come from the private, public and charity sector. My recent corporate clients include GSK, Astra Zeneca, HSBC, BMW, Cytiva, Anglo American, and Veolia.
